I've spent 10+ years across festivals, film, hospitality, tech startups, and agencies — always staying far from corporate, always working with people who do things differently. The Ops Collective is built for founders like that: the ones chasing freedom, not just revenue.

In 2019, I started working remotely for the first time and haven't looked back.

 

I became a digital nomad, lived in a van for two years searching for a new place to call home, eventually landed in Lisbon, and after 2.5 years there, moved to the west coast of the Algarve where I am now. I have a base, but I'm still a nomad at heart — and I love the mindset of people living that life.​

For the past 3.5 years I've worked as a Fractional COO, Ops Consultant and mentor, supporting over 60 growth-stage founders. No business is the same, but what I noticed is that most founders have the same struggles.

That's why I started the Ops Collective — my third business, and the one where I get to combine everything I love: efficiency, problem-solving, and helping founders build businesses that give them their freedom.

I kept seeing two things: founders drowning in operational overwhelm with nowhere to turn, and brilliant experts who could solve those problems but struggled to sell themselves. So I built the bridge.
